  • Contract Staffing for short- and long-term projects. When you need a consultant you usually need them right away. Recruiting on your own can take a long time and you still may not be able to find the candidate you are looking for. Since we have an extensive network of consultants who thrive in contract staffing situations, and a large proprietary database – and, since this is what we do every day, all day – we’ll find you someone fast.
  • Temp-to-Hire for trying out prospective employees by observing their work performance as well as their adaptability with your employees and operation – before making a hiring decision.
  • Permanent Placements
    • Contingency Search
      Used for mainstream searches where a single position needs to be filled right away. We pay all recruitment costs, except optional applicant testing and customized assessments.
    • Retained Search
      For executive-level searches. You pay for specialized advertising, applicant testing and customized assessments.
  • Payroll Service when budget constraints place a strict limit on headcount or the client brings back highly valued, early retired or downsized employees during busy periods.
  • Recruitment Support – We offer recruitment services that allow your company to free up internal human resources staff by developing recruitment advertising, screening advertising responses, interviewing, assessing candidates, and checking references.
With the exception of our Permanent Placement Program, EnerSearch contractors are on our payroll; therefore, you are not burdened with the time or expense of payroll administration. EnerSearch will issue the direct deposit payroll on a bi-weekly basis, calculate and pay the tax withholdings, and be responsible for employer tax filings and employee EI and WSIB claims, where applicable.
